Location Based Incentives and Credits are statutory
Our proprietary database identifies incentives applicable on a current, retroactive or future basis. Our clients determine which incentives we are authorized to pursue, based on ROI, tax liability or other business considerations.
Negotiated Incentives are based on where you project to be in the future
We proactively identify new credits, rebates, grants or abatements for which your future business expansion strategies and energy efficency initiatives qualifiy.
Fees are success-driven
We are paid on a contingency basis, amounting to a small percentage of your savings. We not only research, identify and negotiate incentives, but administer and work all phases of any project or service until the client receives the benefit.
