Janice San Filippo, Manchester, NJ
As of April 1, 2010, NTCI is delighted to bring the value of more than 25 years of experience as a Senior Client Relationship Manager in Employment Credits to our current and future clients. Janice started in the Incentives Industry in 1985 at LTW Management Services. She was promoted to Director of Client Services with the responsibility of monitoring all aspects of the LTW Client Service Team. When LTW merged with Mintax in 1995-96, she remained a Director of Client Service and continued in that role till the acquisition of Mintax by ADP in 2006.
Janice has extensive experience working with numerous large and small client setups and administration, always focused on implementation that aligns seamlessly with her clients’ business processes and systems. Her addition to NTCI is not only beneficial because of the experience and savvy that she brings to our clients, but will be invaluable in her ability to mentor some of our very talented, less-seasoned personnel as well.
Janice was educated at Kean College, and resides on the Jersey Shore with her husband. They have 2 grown sons and a precious granddaughter.
